What happens if my product gets jammed?
Our vending machines are equipped with drop sensors, meaning if a product doesn’t fall, the machine will automatically attempt to redeliver it.
If the product still doesn’t dispense, we can remotely issue a credit to the machine in real time, allowing you to select a different item at no extra cost.
This ensures that customers always get what they paid for, reducing frustration and improving their experience with the machine.
We are also more than happy to provide refunds or a replacement product when we come in to refill your machine!
